Powerfull Database Management
The Photo.Teller™ comes with a powerful back office management software. All reporting is carried out in this back office application, which is separate from the Kiosk application.
Approximately 25 set reports are available on various aspects of the business.
All reports and forms can be customized within the back office application and additional reports can also be created.

Passport and ID Photos |

 Photo.Teller™
has an option where customers can create
their own packages by simply selecting
the images they want to print, as well
as the size and quantity required.
For example, a customer requires four
passport photos and one 4” x 6” print.
Photo.Teller™ then automatically creates
a package that best utilizes the paper
space available and charges them per
sheet used.

Album creation and Calendar Function
|

 Whitech
are again leading the way when it comes
to introducing new features to kiosks.
The album creation function allows
customers to choose from a wide range of
album templates and add their chosen
photos to them. The retailer can then
produce the digital album based on the
customers’ selections. Customers are
able to create custom calendars by
choosing from a wide range of calendar
templates and adding their selected
images. |

languages including French, Italian,
Spanish, Japanese, traditional and
simplified Chinese, Norwegian, German,

Instead of a customer collecting
their prints from the store they
may select this convenient
option and have their prints
sent to a delivery address of
their choice. You are able to
offer a surcharge for this
premium service. |

Eftpos / Debit card / Credit Card payment
option

Customers can securely pay for their
prints using their credit/debit card.
Alternatively, the customer can take a
receipt to the counter and pay for their
prints before processing takes place.

Express mode functionality
|

The customer can utilize the
Photo.Teller™ ’s express lane, which
offers a fast way of dropping off their
images. This function is of great
benefit for those customers who want to
spend minimal time on the kiosk. The
express lane function will print ALL
images on the customer’s media. The
customer can choose the number of copies
and size they would like all images to
be. No editing or image selection is
offered. |
